K.G. Traders acts as a Muccadum/ Custodian of the Bank/ Financial Institution over any type of stocks pledged with those institutions under Pledge Financing agreements.

K.G. Traders has a team of efficient and hardworking personnel, hired after strict scrutiny and proper referrals. The system ensures close supervision of the pledged stocks, unplanned spot checks and accurate reporting to help safeguard Banks’ interest from both legal and practical perspective.

KGT as Muccadum / Custodian of stocks / assets has managed stocks and assets pledged of value in excess of PKR 400 billion (USD 4.21 billion) covering 90% of banking industry for its large number of SMEs and medium to large corporates.

Clearing & Forwarding Services

Under these services, the organization acts as a Clearing & Forwarding Agent being licensed by the Custom Authorities to transact business at Custom House on behalf of Importers and Exporters.

The organizations Clearance related services include:

Assisting the client in preparation of ﬁnal Import or Export related documents.
Completion of appraisement and examination formalities.
Payments of Custom and other Government dues.
Consignments, after completion of custom formalities, are either shipped / delivered to the client’s warehouse or are dispatched to upcountry destinations under our supervision.

Project Clearing

Having served innumerable Banks, Corporate Organizations, Government Departments and Autonomous Bodies – KGT specializes in custom clearance and transportation of projects across a diversified set of industries. All project work is handled within the frame of quality assurance guidelines and procedures to boost clients’ trust and to accomplish their expectations of prompt and safe deliveries.

Post Clearing Services

Processing of refunds, duty drawbacks, release of Bank Guarantees / Indemnity Bonds and follow-up of cases referred to the valuation branch are also being handled by the KGT in order to provide end-to-end custom clearance related services to our clients.

Warehousing Services

K.G. Traders have their own private warehouses in Karachi, near Port and S.I.T.E Area and can also arrange storage of imported goods in a number of Public Bonded Warehouses at competitive rental charges.

Transportation

K.G. Traders manages ﬂeet of vehicles for local delivery of goods within Karachi. However, for upcountry containerized deliveries, heavy lifts, over dimension machinery – the organization engages well experienced transport companies with creditable reputation.

Specialized Supervision

Supervision services cover all import and export transactions which are financed by the Bank. K.G. Traders act as Supervisor of those transactions and supervise Borrowers clearing and forwarding agents, to ensure that all relevant consignments (imported or exported) are processed as per pre-set rules and procedures described by the Principal Bank .

The services require posting of our representatives to monitor and report transportation of relevant stocks and covers 24/7 port transport operations.
